Making A Purchase


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to fulfil your order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from the UK, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency. You may send your credit card information via telephone, fax, snail mail or securely over the Internet.


Delivery Schedule

Whilst we hold a significant stock, some pieces are made to order. We would be grateful if you would therefore allow 6 weeks for delivery. If you need the items urgently, please let us know and we will make sure you have them by the date required.

Back Orders

Any items not in stock will be made to order and sent to you within 6 weeks

Tax Charges


All prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.

Note for ex VAT Prices

Ex VAT prices are only available when ordering from and delivering to outside of the EU

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any items you receive from us, please return them to us stating the problem and we will do whatever is necessary to correct it, or refund you in full.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected items, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the “Remember Me” option.


Shipping is usually via Royal Mail Special Delivery. It is a secure, reliable and fully insured method of sending. Where this is not available (e.g. North America and Canada as well as a few other world destinations) we either use International Recorded post and insure the items whilst in transit ourselves, or send items by courier, again with insurance cover.
